You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Payments and Refunds
Full access to each certification is available as a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including questions, explanations, and design, is the property of Examina Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to: share or redistribute exam questions, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, create automated scripts to access the Service, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
7. Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability
Examina Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.
